What you'll do

Working under direct supervision and with guidance from senior engineers and your mentor, you will turn complex data into predictive models, insights and AI-powered solutions. This work supports business outcomes, better member experiences, improved operations and data-driven decisions across USAA. It will align with USAA's technology strategy and may involve AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.

Primary responsibilities:

• Develop predictive, prescriptive and machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Explore structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights
• Design experiments and evaluate model performance using statistical methods
• Develop and fine-tune AI and machine learning models to improve business outcomes
• Communicate analytic findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences
