Position Summary

The Behavioral Health Operations Internship is an 11-week full-time opportunity running from May 24, 2027 to August 4, 2027.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Hartford, CT office (generally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). The other 2 days each week can be worked remotely from home, the office or another location of your choice. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualifying candidates.

As a CVS Health Corporate Intern, you will take part in:

The hourly rate is $26/hr for 40 hours per week. The internship includes no work on July 4th (company holiday) and two days of paid leave. Corporate interns also have an increased likelihood of receiving an offer for a future role with CVS Health.

Sponsorship

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role, including Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT) and F-1 visa programs.

About the Business Area

The Mental Well-being Operations team supports the processes, systems and strategic initiatives that help deliver high-quality behavioral health and mental well-being services to members. The team works across several operational functions to improve efficiency, support compliance, enhance the colleague experience and drive positive outcomes for members and business partners.

The team partners with leaders across operations, workforce management, training, business technology and process improvement to make sure services are delivered effectively, supporting CVS Health's commitment to improving access to quality healthcare.
