Job Description

We are looking for new graduate software engineers to join the core AI and Engineering teams at Moveworks. You will help build and scale the foundation of enterprise AI across conversational search, agentic orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and core ML infrastructure.

Through our general engineering hiring track, you will be matched with one of the specialized AI/ML teams based on your skills and interests:

• GenAI Search Platform: Build conversational search systems using information retrieval, vector search, and LLMs.
• Agentic System: Develop orchestration architectures that let LLMs plan, reason, and run multi-step tools.
• Agentic Harness & Quality: Create safety guardrails and runtime harnesses for reliable, deterministic execution.
• Agentic Evaluation: Design automated evaluation metrics, synthetic datasets, and benchmarking frameworks.
• Core Infrastructure: Scale high-throughput, low-latency ML pipelines, inference engines, and vector databases.

What You Will Do

• Ship Production AI: Build, test, and deploy machine learning models and agentic workflows that affect millions of enterprise users.
• Rapid Prototyping: Work with senior engineers to prototype, evaluate, and ship new LLM-powered features in a fast-paced setting.
• Solve Ambiguous Problems: Tackle complex challenges in NLP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), dynamic context management, and system latency.
• Build Systematic Benchmarks: Learn to design rigorous evaluation rubrics and safety guardrails that measure accuracy, hallucination rates, and enterprise security.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and senior technical mentors to turn ideas into production code.
