The NA Enterprise Sales Business Development and Engineering Group is the technical core of the Sales Organization. Our engineers and presales business development managers deliver communications solutions that make a difference in critical moments. The group owns costing, technology and design for all sales support engagements nationwide.

Job Description

The Presales Business Manager Intern helps develop and run the presales process for public safety solutions. You will coordinate departmental and cross functional teams to deliver accurate, timely proposals. Interns support projects from opportunity identification and proposal development through handoff to the post-sale team.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure projects are completed on time and meet relevant requirements.
• Work with other business groups to identify upcoming opportunities, evaluate requirements, define statements of work, build detailed project schedules, and shape the best implementation strategy for the proposed customer solution.
• May assist in developing business plans, strategies and approaches to capture business opportunities.
• Support time-saving AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027, returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with customers is desirable.

Schedule

This role requires a hybrid schedule in Allen, TX. Travel is expected to be under 10%. Relocation is not provided.
