Motorola Solutions Global Education creates training strategies and designs, develops and delivers training content across the MSI solutions and product portfolio. Our training services meet the educational needs of Motorola Solutions customers, partners and employees, helping each group work more efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

Under the direction of Global Education, the Summer Intern will work with the Global Training Content Team to help design and develop content for internal or external audiences. The intern will take an active part in program implementation, content design and development, and reporting.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with content developers in the Global Education team to design, develop and maintain training assets.
• Use generative AI tools (such as Google Gemini, Google NotebookLM and Claude Code) in learning design to speed up development and scale content creation.
• Communicate with leadership and peers on project progress and business value.
• Organize and collect data for analysis and reporting.
• Provide additional support to the training team as needed.

Additional Qualified Skills

• Experience with content development tools such as Articulate or Camtasia is preferred.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• A self-motivated person with solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
