Team Overview

The team serves as the operational backbone for the end-to-end contract lifecycle. It ensures accurate booking, billing, compliance, contract maintenance, and forecasting across AGS Service products. Team members collaborate closely with Sales, CE, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable processes, supporting both standard and complex non-standard entitlement scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Support opportunity creation and the forecast and tool count process for contracts.
• Create and maintain customer quotes that accurately align products, services, and entitlement requirements.
• Support Idling enablement and the related billing adjustments for contracts. You may also help develop processes for complex non-standard Idling scenarios.
• Pull and understand reports needed to support Opportunity, Quote, and Book Bill activity, and analyze report data for basic business scenarios.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Engineering, and Operations teams.
