About this role

In this summer internship, you will support research and engineering work on heat exchanger and thermal management technologies. You will help with analysis, modeling, testing and evaluation of heat transfer systems, applying heat transfer, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics to HVAC and refrigeration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering modeling, simulation and analysis in heat transfer and thermal sciences
• Support laboratory testing and experimental data collection
• Analyze results and communicate technical findings

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and HVAC systems
• Experience with engineering tools such as Excel, MATLAB, EES, Python, CAD or similar software
