About the Role

• Support development of residential HVAC system models and simulations.
• Evaluate product performance, efficiency, controls and reliability through model-based analysis.
• Contribute to new product development by applying engineering and analytical principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run simulations for residential HVAC products and systems.
• Analyze test and field data to calibrate and validate engineering models.
• Document findings and present recommendations to engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, controls, statistics or reliability principles.
• Experience with engineering analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, Simulink or similar software.

This position may be eligible for short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. It is not eligible for Carrier benefits.
