Job Description

As a Co-op in the MD Quality and Compliance (Q&C) Digital Solutions organization, you will:

• Use advanced tools and take part in training courses offered at J&J.
• Work with internal and external teams in advanced analytics to deliver customer-centric solutions for data analytics and process improvement.
• Carry out software development and validation to support digital solutions for the medical device quality system.
• Learn and apply software development and lifecycle management methods.
• Help build digital culture and capabilities across J&J medical devices.
• Build your communication and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, analytics app developers, quality engineers and others.
• Meet with Quality management to discuss risks and opportunities for your projects.

Co-op Role Details

The Digital Solutions Co-op will:

• Work at and support Ethicon, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Be assigned to a team within one of the franchises of the company.
• Work in the MD Q&C Digital Solutions group.
• Report directly to, and receive assignments from, the MD Q&C Digital Solutions Advanced Analytics Manager, while also working with the broader team on additional assignments.
• Take part in or lead on-campus activities such as learning committees, volunteer events and meet and greet luncheons with full-time associates.
