About the Team

Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) focuses on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. The team works within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver advanced capability across their problem set. The goal is to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address customers' most pressing national security requirements.

What You'll Do

As part of the operations team, you will help scale AIS's footprint and run its business operations. You will partner with teams across the business, including software and hardware teams and Finance and G&A, to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable solutions. Your work will range from quick-turn operational problem solving to leading high-impact, specialized projects, all while helping grow one of Anduril's newest Business Units.

The role has four primary responsibilities:

1. Support global site expansion. Operations acts as the glue across cross-functional teams to execute site expansions quickly and well. You will track each site's progress, serve as the key touchpoint across teams, and resolve issues as they arise.
2. Stand up operational processes for the Program Execution team, enabling program managers to execute against contracts, unlock headcount, analyze IRAD spend, and work with Finance to keep programs profitable.
3. Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to monitor pipeline health, identify material forecast changes, and help drive business planning for AIS.
4. Lead special projects, such as standing up new functions, evolving internal processes, or building business cases for new investment opportunities.

These responsibilities often overlap. You will work cross-functionally with leaders throughout the organization to solve complex problems, set up new processes, capture data, act on it, and enable others to do the same. Day to day, you may:

• Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition through solution and implementation, often starting from ambiguous problems with little guidance.
• Run short-timeline analyses to get answers quickly while also building scalable solutions for long-term success.
• Manage many stakeholders, including leading meetings with large groups and coordinating large communication channels to align on solutions.
• Work across functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting and Growth to learn Anduril's business from top to bottom.
• Set up structures and processes that help the Division scale its people and physical footprint while keeping mature programs running at peak efficiency.
