This role is designated as hybrid, with an expectation of working from an HPE office on average 2 days per week.

Job Description

Job Family Definition: Students or recent graduates of college, university, or other accredited academic programs, pursuing diplomas or degrees (Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in any field. Interns assist with tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and build professional skills. This includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing activities as part of assigned projects.
• Take part in team activities, including team meetings, and learn project methodologies while working effectively with colleagues.
• Identify and suggest changes to processes and tools that improve performance, efficiency, and customer or client satisfaction.
• Build an understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and their performance expectations and needs.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
• Join periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects and initiatives.

Impact and Scope

Interns are university students actively enrolled in a university, college, or institution, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a non-technical area of study. They typically work during school breaks and then return to their university. While this applies to most interns, some countries may offer opportunities for full-time students to work as part-time interns during the school year.
