The Supply Chain and Procurement organization is a fast-paced environment that delivers world-class communications equipment and solutions to customers around the world.

The team plans the products and services that are needed, sources efficiently and ethically from a diverse supplier base, launches new products, and makes and delivers solutions on time. Job Description

This internship focuses on developing and implementing global processes within the Global Materials Organization, including supplier collaboration, Oracle Planning Cloud and global reporting system governance.

The role also includes the following:

• Applying strong digital project management skills to support large-scale transformation implementations.
• Helping draft, update and standardize global SOPs and training documentation for MSI Supply Chain.
• Identifying operational bottlenecks, lead time variances or process hand-off gaps from forecasting to receiving.
• Translating objectives into deliverable strategies that achieve business goals.
• Applying strong analytical skills.
• Participating in and leading continuous improvement projects.
• Showing leadership, teamwork and positive communication, while staying flexible, proactive and self-driven, and able to motivate yourself and others.

Preferred Skills

• Basic AI literacy: familiarity with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and practical experience with prompt engineering techniques.
• Data tools: hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, or advanced AI features in Excel and Power BI, or Google Gemini.
• Systems mindset: curiosity about how AI, machine learning and automation intersect with enterprise ERP environments and business process management.
• ERP/MRP experience with Oracle, SAP or similar systems is preferred.
