Global Supply Chain Intern

Position Summary

As a Global Supply Chain Intern at Walmart International, you will help with strategic initiatives that improve end-to-end inventory flow, product availability, and operational efficiency across international markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze supply chain performance, find ways to improve inventory management and replenishment, and build data-driven recommendations.

This role gives hands-on exposure to global supply chain operations, including inventory planning, distribution, replenishment, and store execution. You will apply analytical and problem-solving skills, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and see how one of the world's largest retailers moves product from suppliers to stores and customers.

What You'll Do

The Global End-to-End Inventory Flow team sits within Walmart International's Global Commerce Acceleration organization. The team works to change how inventory moves from suppliers and distribution centers to stores and customers.

• Analyze supply chain and inventory performance to find ways to improve product availability, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
• Support inventory flow optimization work, including planning, replenishment, distribution, and store execution.
• Use data analytics and visualization tools to evaluate performance trends, identify root causes, and develop actionable insights.
• Work with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams on strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help develop and implement scalable solutions that reduce inventory complexity and improve product flow from suppliers to stores.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and project updates to communicate findings and support data-driven decisions.
