About the Team

Walmart Real Estate supports the places and physical assets that enable Walmart to serve customers and communities. Its work spans the full real estate lifecycle and brings together teams across strategy, portfolio and development, design, construction, facilities, fuel and convenience, data, technology and other supporting functions.

This internship supports the Data & Tech Transformation team for Walmart Fuel within Walmart Realty. The intern will help turn complex business questions and data into insights and tools that support Walmart Fuel's strategic and operational priorities.

What You'll Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights that support Fuel strategy and business priorities.
• Clean, organize, validate and transform data from multiple sources to improve data quality, consistency and usability.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations and business intelligence solutions that simplify complex information and improve decision-making.
• Identify ways to streamline reporting, automate processes and improve analytical efficiency.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Take ownership of meaningful projects from problem definition through analysis, solution development and presentation of results to leadership.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
