The Mission Systems Airborne and Ground Communication Products Department is looking for a Systems Engineering Intern. You will help design and develop military products that deliver safe and protected communication. You will work with multi-discipline engineering teams to build total system solutions for both domestic and international customers.

• Collaborate with a high-performing team developing airborne and ground communication products that deliver secure, mission-critical solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle, including trade studies, system architecture, requirements definition and allocation, traceability, integration, verification, and qualification.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver key program milestones.
• Contribute to technical strategy and solution development.
• Perform daily tasks in a classified and controlled lab environment.

What You Will Learn

• Systems Engineering requirements, integration, validation and verification skills.
• Technical experience and mentorship, with exposure to senior leaders within Mission Systems.
• Hands-on work with radio subject matter experts, security and crypto certification specialists, and cross-functional integrated product teams.
• Knowledge of security hardened products and the wide range of businesses and products in a fast-changing field.
