Quality Management System Co-Op

What You Will Do

As a Quality Management System Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience maintaining and improving our Quality Management Systems (QMS). This onsite co-op gives you exposure to quality processes, audits and compliance standards in a fast-moving, innovative setting. You will work on meaningful projects that support our commitment to quality and excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping prepare and carry out QMS and special process audits, including preparatory audits and follow-up on open actions.
• Taking part in third-party audits as an observer.
• Supporting the implementation of AS13100 standards, including auditing and help with procedure development.
• Preparing and maintaining quality systems documentation, processes and training materials.
• Contributing to Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) work, including database management, corrective action development and follow-up.
• Supporting Quality Assurance Team (QAT) activities such as human factor investigations, process walks and floor sweeps.
• Helping develop systems to manage document review, ballot and gap analysis tracking, and alignment of balloted changes with local procedures.
• Working with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
