The Opportunity

As a Tax JD Intern, you will learn in a dynamic environment and gain exposure to the complexities of the global tax landscape. Within the Tax practice, you will support teams in delivering tailored tax services, helping clients refine their tax strategies, reduce risk, and act on opportunities.

As an intern, your focus is learning and building exposure to PwC's practices. You will support teams with basic tasks, take part in projects, conduct research, and observe professional work environments. Responsibilities

• Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies
• Taking part in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions
• Assisting with corporate tax planning and compliance activities to optimize tax positions
• Engaging in tax modeling and consulting to address client-specific tax challenges
• Contributing to post-deal integration and tax and finance integration projects
• Collaborating on purchase and sale agreements to support smooth transactions
• Conducting research on tax regulations and industry-specific tax issues
• Applying intellectual curiosity to explore new tax solutions and strategies
• Actively listening and accepting feedback to grow personally and professionally
• Working effectively with colleagues and clients as part of a team

This position requires up to 20% travel.
