About the Internship

Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions that help turn information into intelligence. This full-time summer internship runs from May 1, 2027 to July 31, 2027 (flexible start and end dates), with the option to extend into the fall semester and possibly move into a full-time graduate position.

About the Corporate Development Team

Corporate Development (Corp Dev) is a lean but high-performing team. It makes decisions to grow and restructure businesses, builds strategic partnerships, and drives organizational excellence. Corp Dev adds value to Micron through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, venture investments (direct and indirect through LP investments), and business transactions that build on Micron's platform.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Venture investment analysis
• Participating in M&A due diligence
• Performing strategic and quantitative analysis
• Supporting the development of insights and recommendations for the management team
• Developing market landscapes and overviews of the semiconductor ecosystem
• Evaluating new opportunities that align with Micron's strategic objectives
