2027 Summer Finance Innovation & Technology (FIT) Program

This program suits students who want to build innovative solutions to complex finance problems. Participants use tools and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in finance, and they partner with cross-functional teams to deliver results and insights to key stakeholders.

Marsh is a global professional services firm that advises clients on risk, strategy, and people. With more than 95,000 colleagues worldwide, it serves clients in over 130 countries. The FIT Program gives students a challenging chance to develop technology solutions for finance.

Interns gain hands-on experience within one of our Finance groups. They can also use Finance Academy, our online learning platform, to build technical and professional skills.

This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful transformation across Finance while building experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and technology-enabled innovation.

Work Arrangement

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, combining remote flexibility with the collaboration and development benefits of working together in the office. Colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams identify at least one anchor day per week when the full team is together in person.
