A Day in the Life

As an Insurance Summer Intern, you will be placed on one of our servicing teams: Business Insurance, Risk Transfer, Surety, Private Equity, or Employee Health and Benefits. There you will gain focused, hands-on experience and meaningful exposure to the team's day-to-day work, and you will help support our service platform while building skills for a career in insurance.

You will work with your team on data management and analysis, develop and maintain deliverables, and help with a range of administrative and operational tasks. Your work will include prioritizing tasks and projects to meet client and agency expectations, while keeping data accurate by following established workflows and using internal resources efficiently.

This internship is a good first step if you want to explore your interests. You will take part in training sessions, insurance courses, and team meetings, and you will work closely with managers, mentors, and fellow interns on projects and presentations.
