Job Description

Job Family Definition: Students or recent graduates of college, university, or other accredited academic programs pursuing diplomas or degrees (Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in any field. Participants assist with tasks aligned to their field of study, including research, team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and build professional skills. Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing activities as part of assigned projects.
• Take part in team activities by attending meetings, learning project methodologies, and working effectively with colleagues.
• Identify and suggest changes to processes and tools that improve performance, efficiency, and customer or client satisfaction.
• Develop an understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and their performance expectations and needs.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take part in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects and initiatives.

Participants are university students actively enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a non-technical area of study, who typically work during school breaks and then return to their university. Some countries may offer part-time internship opportunities for full-time students during the school year.
