ASIC Verification Intern

This role is designed as hybrid, with an expectation that you will work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week.

Job Description

Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, is a leading provider of next-generation networking solutions for the mobile enterprise. We are looking for an ASIC Post-Si Verification Engineering Intern to join our team in Roseville, CA.

Aruba designs Mobility-Defined Networks that help IT departments and a new generation of tech-savvy mobile users. These networks automate infrastructure-wide performance optimization and trigger security actions that once needed manual IT work, improving productivity and lowering operational costs.

Responsibilities

You will work with the HPE Aruba ASIC development team on next generation products and complete a summer project that supports current or future ASIC development. The team builds world-class networking chips for the market and our customers, and we are looking for people who want to contribute at that level.

You will learn from senior members of the ASIC and VLSI team. Duties may include RTL and physical design, pre-silicon and post-silicon verification, formal verification, script and tool development, schedule breakdowns, and document generation. Assignments will be aligned to your skills and business needs.

Impact and Scope

This role suits university students actively enrolled in a technical Bachelor's program who typically work during school breaks and then return to their university. Some countries may offer part-time roles for full-time students during the school year.
