Job Family Definition

Students or recent graduates of college, university, or other accredited academic programs, pursuing associate, bachelor's, master's, or PhD degrees in any field. In this role you will assist with tasks linked to your field of study, including research, team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking, gaining hands-on experience and professional skills. Internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions and other program-related opportunities are included.

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
• Work with cross-functional teams on ongoing activities as part of assigned projects.
• Take part in team activities such as meetings, learn project methodologies, and work effectively with colleagues.
• Identify and suggest changes to processes and tools that improve performance, efficiency, and customer or client satisfaction.
• Build an understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and their performance expectations and needs.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
• Join periodic reviews to share updates and apply feedback on assigned projects and initiatives.

Impact and Scope

This role is aimed at university students actively enrolled in a college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in a non-technical area of study, who typically work during school breaks and then return to their university. Some countries may offer part-time internships during the school year for full-time students.
