Position Summary

The Innovation & Technology - Technology Strategy, Operations & Business Analytics Internship is a 10.5-week, full-time opportunity running from May 24, 2027 to August 4, 2027.

This is a hybrid role. You will work in the office three days a week (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at one of the following locations: Hartford, CT; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; or Woonsocket, RI. The other two days you can work remotely from home, the office, or another location of your choice. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates who need to move more than 50 miles.

As a CVS Health Corporate Intern, you will take part in projects that support business success, community service, professional development workshops, mentorship and networking, and interaction with senior leaders.

Your Innovation & Technology internship will also include:

• Leadership Insight Series, with leader spotlights and interactive Q&A sessions
• Intern Innovation Challenge, where you collaborate with other interns across Innovation & Technology
• Additional learning on impactful presentations and storytelling, emerging technology, and AI tools

Corporate interns have an increased likelihood of receiving an offer for a future role with CVS Health. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role, including Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 visa programs.

About the Business Area

These interns help optimize how technology organizations operate, invest, and deliver value. They use analytics, reporting, process improvement, financial insights, and business operations knowledge to support strategic decisions.

You will gain hands-on experience by:

• Building Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyzing technology costs and investments
• Improving operational processes through automation
• Conducting research and business analysis
• Supporting organizational planning and technology governance
