Position Summary

The Innovation & Technology - Data Science Internship is a 10.5-week full-time opportunity running from May 24, 2027 to August 4, 2027.

This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, with three in-office days per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The remaining two days may be worked remotely from home or another location of your choice. CVS Health follows a hybrid model that gives office-based colleagues flexibility based on the work they need to complete.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates who need to relocate more than 50 miles.

The hourly rate is $51.60, based on a 40-hour workweek. The internship includes two days of paid leave and no work on the July 4 company holiday. Corporate interns also have an increased likelihood of receiving an offer for a future role with CVS Health.

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

As a Data Science intern, you will apply statistical methods and machine learning to real business problems. Working alongside experienced data scientists, engineers, and business partners, you will analyze large datasets, build and evaluate predictive models, design experiments, and turn your findings into actionable recommendations.
