Business Management Intern

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management intern to join the Aeronautics Sector Intern Program in Clearfield, UT.

The selected candidate will support functional areas such as finance and purchasing, or a specific project, business or technical unit.

As an intern, you will take part in a summer internship program to build skills across several areas, which may include:

• Gathering, recording, tracking and verifying data and information from multiple sources.
• Compiling, reviewing and analyzing data.
• Using software to compile reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations, and designing processes to improve workflow.
• Providing data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet all of the following:

• Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university and graduating after August 2027.
• Be majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special access within a reasonable time, as determined by the company. U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
• Previous internship or co-op experience, leadership and teamwork, interpersonal communication skills, and professional, community or extracurricular activities.

Intern Pay Range

• Undergraduate degrees (including graduating students planning to attend or enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $16.50 to $30 per hour.
• Master's: $23.75 to $37.25 per hour.

Northrop Grumman sets internship pay based on the anticipated graduation date, the cost of labor in the geographic location, and whether the internship is technical or administrative.
