Human Resources Analyst Summer Internship Program

The Human Resources Analyst Summer Internship Program is Citi's flagship HR internship and a key entry point into Citi's Human Resources talent pipeline. This 10-week Summer 2027 experience is designed for high-performing students who care about people, business, and the future of work.

Throughout the internship, you will work with business leaders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and build capabilities in analytical thinking, stakeholder management, problem solving, data-driven decision making, and change leadership. You will also see emerging areas shaping HR, including AI-enabled tools, workforce insights, and organizational effectiveness.

High-performing participants may be considered for Citi's full-time Human Resources Analyst Program. Selection is not guaranteed and depends on performance, business needs, and available openings.

• Analyzing data and turning insights into business recommendations
• Partnering with stakeholders on organizational and workforce challenges
• Supporting strategic projects and enterprise-wide initiatives
• Developing presentations and recommendations for business leaders
• Contributing to transformation, innovation, and process improvement efforts
• Collaborating across teams and functions to deliver outcomes
