Summer Inside Sales Intern

This internship exposes you to real-world sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company. You will rotate through several departments while supporting sales efforts, gaining a full view of how the business runs. The program is highly immersive and will push you to build or sharpen your sales skills while applying your technical knowledge.

Role Responsibilities

• Rotate support through Automated Logic Contracting Services departments (Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service)
• Job site surveys, estimates, plan and spec reviews
• Customer presentations
• Learn about HVAC Controls
• Understand the world of contractors
• Sharpen customer facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player who collaborates well on projects

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 and $87,500.00. Pay within this range depends on factors such as skills, education, experience and other unique qualifications. The pay range will not fall below the applicable minimum wage for the jurisdiction of employment.

This position may be eligible for short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
