Responsibilities

• Support process optimization for the Global COE team (for example, creating AI reports, process maps and SIPOC diagrams)
• Review and update standard work (for example, Gateway document review)
• Maintain and improve COE website reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical design
• Experience with wiring, connectors and harnessing
• Familiarity with HVAC&R equipment and systems
• Experience in new product design and qualification
• Proficiency in modern experimental methods, instrumentation and measurement systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and highly motivated
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 and $87,500.00. Pay within this range depends on factors such as skills, education, experience and other unique qualifications. The pay range will not fall below the applicable minimum wage. This position may be eligible for short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. This position is not eligible for Carrier benefits.
