What You'll Do

• Build Repeatable Analytics Workflows: Design, execute, and automate high-quality, repeatable data models and analytical pipelines that track critical operational, business, and financial metrics.
• Drive Business Decision-Making: Work closely with leadership and functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, evaluate operational trade-offs, and guide strategic decisions through data synthesis.
• Data Visualization and Dashboarding: Develop clear, self-service dashboards and visualization frameworks that give functional teams the tools and metrics to monitor and improve their processes.
• Executive Storytelling: Turn complex analyses into clean, executive-ready presentations, reports, and narratives, presented directly to senior leadership teams.
• System and Tool Deep-Dives: Work within data tools and business infrastructure (including Salesforce, Oracle, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, and other core enterprise systems) to run quick analyses and build robust data pipelines over the long term.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Proactively identify friction and process bottlenecks across the organization, using quantitative analysis to drive sustainable operational solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analytics and Data Visualization: Ability to structure ambiguous operational problems, manipulate large datasets, and present data visually to influence decisions.
• Enterprise Data Tooling: Exposure to querying and working within modern data and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, SQL, or equivalent enterprise data environments).
• Excel and PowerPoint Fluency: Capability in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, data manipulation) and PowerPoint (building polished narrative decks).
• High Ownership and Bias for Action: Self-driven, hyper-organized, and detail-oriented, stepping into gaps proactively and following through from insight to execution.
