Business Operations Intern

What You'll Do

• Build Repeatable Analytics Workflows: Design, run and automate high-quality, repeatable data models and analytical pipelines that track key operational, business and financial metrics.
• Drive Business Decision-Making: Work closely with leadership and functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, weigh operational trade-offs and guide strategic decisions through data synthesis.
• Data Visualization and Dashboarding: Build clear, self-service dashboards and visualization frameworks that give functional teams the tools and metrics to monitor and improve their processes.
• Executive Storytelling: Turn complex analyses into clean, executive-ready presentations, reports and narratives, presented directly to senior leadership.
• System and Tool Deep-Dives: Work within core enterprise data tools and business infrastructure (including Salesforce, Oracle, Palantir Foundry, Databricks and other systems) to run fast analyses and build durable data pipelines over time.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Proactively find friction and process bottlenecks across the organization, using quantitative analysis to create lasting operational solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analytics and Data Visualization: Ability to structure ambiguous operational problems, work with large datasets and present data visually to influence decisions.
• Enterprise Data Tooling: Exposure to querying and working within modern data and analytics platforms (such as Salesforce, Oracle, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, SQL or comparable enterprise data environments).
• Excel and PowerPoint Fluency: Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, data manipulation) and PowerPoint skills (building polished narrative decks).
• High Ownership and Bias for Action: Self-driven, organized and detail-oriented, stepping into gaps proactively and following through from insight to execution.
