As a Corporate Audit intern, you will help evaluate business processes, assess risks, and strengthen internal controls. You will see how a global semiconductor company operates and how internal audit protects the business and supports its performance. You will also see how internal audit connects accounting, finance, operations, and risk management.

Working with experienced audit professionals, you will apply your coursework while building skills in audit, data analysis, and business process evaluation. Your projects may include:

• Supporting audits of financial and operational processes, including SOX
• Learning to identify business risks and evaluate the controls designed to address them
• Analyzing data to find trends, exceptions, and areas for further review
• Helping document business processes and perform internal control testing
• Gathering and organizing evidence to support audit conclusions
• Working with business partners to understand processes and discuss findings
• Helping develop clear recommendations to strengthen controls and improve processes
• Preparing workpapers and summaries that communicate results to the audit team

Through project work, you will sharpen your analytical skills, learn to ask good questions, and turn findings into practical recommendations. You will also learn from experienced professionals and build connections with peers and mentors who can support your career growth.
