What We're Doing

The Aircraft Media Gateway program enables the P-8A aircraft to deliver advanced maritime and littoral Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, helping the United States Navy counter existing, evolving, and emerging threats.

The Work

You will work in an agile scrum development environment, designing and developing technically complex software systems. You will support the generation of reliable and reproducible media builds.

You will also support external network interfaces for data ingest and offload, as well as hardware rack builds. Working with the team, you will maintain the program lab infrastructure and perform on-site hardware installs and integration.

This role requires the ability to interact with and present to a range of stakeholders, including internal leadership, external customers, and cross-functional teams. Team-oriented engineers who can clearly communicate technical capabilities to internal and external audiences are encouraged to apply.

Who You Are

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college.
• Must be a US Citizen and willing to obtain a security clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college.
• Programming experience in a major language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, C#).
• Experience with Linux technologies.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position requires a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Ability to work well in an Agile team environment.
