What We Offer

Onsite: Employees in onsite roles work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, who are essential to developing our products.

To keep the hiring process secure, candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in person at one of our office locations, whether the role is onsite, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD to 82,000 USD. This is a good faith estimate covering all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when making an offer, including the role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education and training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Benefits depend on the business unit and on whether the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may also be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs, depending on position level and collective-bargaining coverage. Payments are not guaranteed and depend on factors such as individual performance, business unit performance, and company performance.

This is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate lives in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

RTX expects the application window to close about 40 days after the notice is posted. Candidate flow and business needs may lead RTX to shorten or extend that window.
