What You Will Do

Join the team as an intern and help design and develop advanced aerospace solutions. This internship supports the F135 Base High-Pressure Compressor (HPC) Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT). You will work with multidisciplinary teams on innovative solutions and gain hands-on experience.

As an F135 Base High-Pressure Compressor Design Intern at Pratt & Whitney, you will:

• Develop technically sound design solutions that meet program schedule milestones.
• Analyze and resolve non-conformances for new and fielded parts.
• Support the creation of serviceable limits for engine part defects.
• Investigate military engine field incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Help with producibility improvements in collaboration with manufacturing vendors.
• Work with multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Present and communicate results to customers and program management.
