What You Will Do

As a Product Quality Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience supporting high manufacturing quality standards. You will work with product quality teams in Cedar Rapids on initiatives that improve processes and outcomes, and you will build quality assurance skills while contributing to meaningful projects.

• Assist product quality teams in reviewing defects and performing scrap analysis.
• Provide manufacturing support to keep work aligned with quality standards.
• Analyze data to find trends and improvement opportunities in production processes.
• Take part in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for quality issues.
• Support proactive quality initiatives that prevent defects and improve performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align with quality protocols and objectives.

Onsite Role: This role is primarily onsite. Candidates may also be asked to attend select interview steps in person at an RTX office.

This role is U.S.-based. The salary range is a good faith estimate covering all experience levels, and final pay depends on factors such as the role, work experience, location, education and key skills. Eligible hires may receive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off and parental leave, along with other programs depending on business unit and position.
