What You Will Do

Finance is a strategic business partner across the organization. The team provides insight that supports better decisions and works at every level of the company as proactive, accountable advisors to internal and external customers.

• Interns gain hands-on experience supporting a Strategic Business Unit or Functional Area within the Finance Organization.
• Special assignments may include building financial models, improving processes, and preparing individual and group projects for Finance Leadership.
• Interns learn Raytheon's financials, how the organization is structured, and how the company meets its customer commitments.
• Weekly development sessions build technical and soft skills and expand your professional network.
• On-the-job training covers Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Program/Contract Business Management, or Pricing/Proposal Development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
• A cumulative 3.5 GPA is desired.
• Previous internship experience in a related field.
• Experience leading a team project.
• Extracurricular involvement in school or community.
