Join RTX's Digital Technology organization and help engineers, data scientists and business leaders tackle some of the toughest challenges in the industry. Interns work on real problems, gain hands-on experience with modern digital tools, and contribute to solutions that support the safety and mission readiness of our warfighters and global allies.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with a Digital Technology team to deliver real results in business, technology, and process or project management.
• Deliver digital technology solutions for business-critical projects in one of the following areas:
• Support and improve digital tools, systems, and engineering workflows.
• Develop or enhance software, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications.
• Assist with system administration, infrastructure operations, and high-performance computing environments.
• Drive automation and process optimization across digital initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture, data analysis, and integration work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, modern technology solutions.

Hybrid roles work regularly both onsite and offsite, with the ratio of onsite time set in partnership with your leader.
