Marsh Executive Rewards Internship Louisville, KY 2027

We are looking for a talented college student to join the Executive Rewards team within the People and Investments business at Marsh. This summer internship is based in Louisville, KY and follows a hybrid arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients. Interns must be available for the full internship period, Monday, June 7 through Friday, August 13, 2027. Alternate start or end dates cannot be accommodated.

The Position

The Executive Rewards team helps companies design, assess, and carry out performance measurement and rewards strategies that support business objectives. The team learns each client's strategy, capabilities, and culture, then applies design and analytical skills along with knowledge of global market practices. Clients are primarily senior executives and Board members.

The team helps clients set total rewards strategies for the broader workforce and for executives. This includes benchmarking, designing, and implementing rewards programs such as compensation structures, incentive and bonus plans, and benefit programs. Typical Responsibilities

• Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams
• Research industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, and compensation and rewards practices
• Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to develop insights and solutions
• Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups
• Work with project teams on how to structure analyses and present findings
• Help create presentations for boards of directors, senior executives, and HR leaders
