Summer Intern in New York

We are looking for a talented individual to join the Workforce and Rewards team within Marsh's People and Investments business. The role is based in New York and is hybrid, with a requirement to work in the office at least three days a week.

Marsh People and Investments helps organizations design and carry out workforce strategies, whether for a multinational or a local company growing in its market. The team provides consulting, analytics, and data-driven insights that support fact-based decisions.

As a Summer Analyst Intern, you will support client engagements across industries as a member of project teams. You will help diagnose client challenges and contribute to strategic talent solutions across Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning and Analytics, and Communications. The role combines research, modeling, and problem solving with client interaction in a collaborative, learning-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices, and talent management, HR service delivery, and HR transformation opportunities.
• Collect and examine data to build solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for senior project team members.
• Work in an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Take part in team problem-solving sessions to shape practical solutions for client challenges.
• Help develop presentations, reports, and recommendations that turn analysis into actionable client solutions.
