Healthcare Analytics Summer Intern

Where You'll Work

You'll join the Prospect Analytics Department, which provides reporting and analytical support for finance, clinical, sales, and provider-focused solutions. The team uses pharmacy data to gather insights on prospective clients. You'll support departmental tasks and gain exposure to data analytics to sharpen insights. You'll also collaborate within your department and across the business.

What You Will Do

You'll be assigned real business problems that challenge your analytical and technical skills while building industry knowledge. Your work will contribute directly to the company's mission and goals.

Example projects and experiences:

• Analyze consultant and coalition RFP trends and automate standard bid responses to speed up turnaround time.
• Develop prospect benchmarking metrics by aggregating historical pharmacy and clinical data, defining benchmarks across client segments, and calculating measures of variation to support prospect evaluations and finalist discussions.
• Gain insights into the pharmacy industry and data analytics.
• Research key topics related to pharmacy data and analytics, then present your findings to the team.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to help the analytics department deliver high-quality insights and solutions.
• Take part in hands-on projects that directly affect the business and support strategic decision-making.

Schedule

Interns must be available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks beginning May 24, 2027, Monday through Friday.
