What impact you'll make

As an intern on the Digital Technology Product Design team, you will help the team succeed by supporting the design and development of user experiences across complex enterprise products. You will gain hands-on experience in product design, AI-enabled design workflows, and collaborative product development with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Support discovery and research efforts to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunity areas within complex systems
• Assist in designing and iterating on wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for enterprise software products
• Use AI-assisted design tools (such as generative AI, research synthesis tools, and design copilots) to speed up concept generation and iteration
• Run user research sessions and turn findings into actionable insights and visualizations
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to turn user needs into clear design deliverables
• Present design concepts and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in UX Design, Human Centered Design & Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of UX design principles, user research methods, and interaction design patterns
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, including prototyping and component-based design
• Must be available to work full-time during the internship period

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and research tools and their use in UX workflows
• Experience designing within or contributing to a design system
