CarelonRx Intern - Summer 2027

The CarelonRx Intern supports the CarelonRx organization with departmental initiatives and projects tied to business priorities and organizational goals. Interns are embedded directly within one of the core CarelonRx teams, with placements spanning functions such as Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Pharmacy, Customer Analytics, Supply Chain & Inventory Controls, Payer Operations, Sales, and Program Optimization.

Depending on placement, work may involve clinical pharmacy programs, operational processes, workforce analytics, inventory analysis and purchasing trends, strategic business initiatives, client growth, or operational excellence. Interns use data, business insights, and project management skills to help solve people and organizational challenges.

This role requires associates to work from the posted location full-time, supporting in-person collaboration. Candidates who are not within a reasonable commuting distance of the posting location will not be considered, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

The internship is a 12-week, full-time program running from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027.

• Conduct research, collect and analyze information, and develop recommendations to support business decisions.
• Assist with reports, presentations, dashboards, process documentation, and other business deliverables.

• Interest in healthcare, health insurance, business strategy, technology, or operational improvement.
