Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering and qualification testing for water-cooled and air-cooled chiller products.
• Assist laboratory personnel with test setup, instrumentation installation, equipment preparation and data collection.
• Help monitor test progress, document results and validate test data for completeness and accuracy.
• Support the development and upkeep of laboratory standard work, operating procedures and testing documentation.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Quality, Operations and Laboratory teams to support testing priorities.
• Assist with root cause investigations into test anomalies, equipment issues and process improvements.
• Document lessons learned and best practices from testing to strengthen organizational knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word and data entry applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering and maintaining information.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and electrical principles is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn multimeters, soldering equipment and basic electronic test instruments.
• Ability to follow written procedures, safety guidelines and instructions.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively with engineering personnel.
• Prior engineering internship experience is preferred.
