About this role

Carrier is looking for a summer intern to join its Mechanical/Structures Center of Excellence Group in Syracuse, NY for the summer of 2027. The position gives students the chance to work with experienced engineers while building professional and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with a team of subject-matter experts in mechanical and structural design, along with mechanical and vibration testing.
• Take part in hands-on testing and evaluations.
• Carry out data analysis and engineering calculations, then document results and present project task outcomes.

This position may be eligible for short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. It is not eligible for Carrier benefits.
