Overview

Product Management Co-op at Bosch Rexroth

Join the Mobile Hydraulics (DCNA/SLM5-US) team at Bosch Rexroth. As a Product Management Co-op, you will combine technical engineering, product lifecycle strategy, and commercial sales.

Your main goal is to review, streamline, and improve our regional sales processes while building and upgrading high-impact technical sales packages for next-generation mobile hydraulic and electrification solutions. This hands-on role gives you direct exposure to our product portfolios (including axial piston pumps and mobile electrification), our market strategies, and key OEM customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Sales Package Creation and Improvement

  • Collateral Development: Build, update, and improve regional technical sales packages, customer-facing presentations, and product value-proposition documents.
  • Technical Translation: Bridge engineering and sales by turning complex technical specifications (such as axial piston pump performance curves) into clear, commercial value-selling tools.
  • Electrification Positioning: Support market introduction packages for our growing off-highway mobile electrification portfolio.

2. Sales Process Review and Optimization

  • Workflow Analysis: Review current regional sales workflows, customer conversion processes, and communication loops to find bottlenecks and efficiency gains.
  • Tools and Templates: Standardize regional sales templates, special price agreement documentation, and material pricing request forms.
  • Collaboration Support: Help coordinate information flow between channel sales teams, global product management, and plant operations.

3. Portfolio and Market Intelligence

  • Portfolio Simplification: Support ongoing product line rationalization, cleaning up active part numbers and mapping customer transition paths.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze regional sales forecasting data and market trends to provide structured insights for business planning sessions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a business-related field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data evaluation skills (highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively at an enterprise level, both internally and externally.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with strong curiosity about off-highway machinery, hydraulics, and vehicle electrification.
