The Opportunity

Analyze Human Performance programs, processes, and workforce data to surface insights and find areas for improvement. Support key Human Performance initiatives across people analytics, leadership development, onboarding, culture activation, and organizational effectiveness.

Conduct research, gather feedback, and engage with stakeholders to understand Human Performance needs. Develop clear, data-informed recommendations and deliver tools, frameworks, or solutions that increase Human Performance impact. Help plan and carry out high-priority Human Performance projects.

Bring fresh thinking, curiosity, and a user-centric mindset to redesign processes and explore new approaches to talent and organizational development. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Work Model

Booz Allen's people-first culture values collaboration. Employees working virtually are generally expected to keep their cameras on during meetings. Remote positions may still require in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility, hybrid roles are expected to be performed from a Booz Allen or customer facility as leadership and the role require, and onsite roles are primarily performed full-time at a customer facility.
