Digital Transformation Analyst Intern

Digital transformation covers data analysis, process automation, UI and UX, and artificial intelligence. It means understanding how an organization works and improving it with dynamic solutions. Many companies know where they want to go, but getting there can be difficult. As an intern, you will help improve the systems that move organizations forward and apply your digital skills to solve traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

This role focuses on improving effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to real project work. You will learn how public sector organizations operate and help develop transformative technology and business system solutions. You will learn from experienced professionals, build on basic principles, theories, and concepts, and be encouraged to think critically, work collaboratively, and keep a learning mindset.

You Have

• Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Summer 2027

Nice If You Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

Clearance

Selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Work Model

Employees working virtually are generally expected to keep their cameras on during meetings. Remote positions may still require in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
