We are looking for a Digital Transformation Analyst Intern to apply your digital skills and help organizations solve traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

This role focuses on improving effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing directly to real project work. You will learn how public sector organizations operate and help develop transformative technology and business system solutions. You will learn from experienced professionals, build foundational knowledge of core principles, theories, and concepts, and be encouraged to think critically, work collaboratively, and apply a learning mindset. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible for the benefit programs. Salary is based on factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days of the posting date.

Identity Verification

As part of hiring, you will complete an identity verification process that uses advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence to confirm authenticity and guard against identity fraud. You are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments.

Work Model

Cameras are generally expected to be on during virtual meetings to support collaboration. Remote positions may still require in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid positions require work from a Booz Allen or customer facility as leadership and the role's needs dictate. Onsite positions are performed primarily full-time at a customer facility.
