Summer Intern

Position Summary

The Product and Analytical Sciences team is looking for a curious, passionate individual who enjoys developing new laboratory assays and experiments using imaging flow cytometry, conventional flow cytometry, and/or fluorescence microscopy. The intern will develop an assay to measure the binding and uptake of viral particles into T cells, using advanced technology in the CAR T space.

This full-time internship runs from June to August 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize flow cytometry panels
• Design, run, and analyze viral uptake experiments
• Document experiments and results
• Prepare and present results to the PAS team

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with imaging flow cytometry, conventional flow cytometry, and/or fluorescence microscopy (highly preferred, not required)
• A basic understanding of cell biology in immunology and virology is preferred
